Almond flour, Organic coconut sugar, Tapioca flour, Organic Ceylon cinnamon, Bicarbonate of soda, Ginger, Sea salt.

The mix contains nuts (almond flour).

INSTRUCTIONS

Add eggs and shredded carrots and you're good to go.

Remix it: add 3/4 cups of chopped walnuts or pecan nuts to the batter for an extra crunch!
